This is the third year of the project. In the first & second phase twelve districts Ahmednagar, Dhule, Latur,
Pune, Satara & Solapur for first phase; Beed, Jalna, Kolhapur, Nandurbar, Nashik & Osmanabad for the
second phase were selected depending upon their demography. Using the same criteria during 2008-2009 another six districts
Aurangabad, Hingoli, Jalgaon, Nanded, Parbhani & Sangli were selected.
