Electronic Data Processing(EDP):-
The Research Centre has a highly sophisticated computer department possessing
of Dell Core 2 Duo computers. Every computer of the Research Centre is linked through a LAN system. Along with this, internet
facility is also available. Printers and scanners are also provided.
Software:SPSS software is used for statistical data analysis.Shreelipi(Marathi) software
for Marathi typing and software for accounting and payroll has been developed in VB6.0 with back end in MS-Access.
Meeting Facilities:-
Research Centre has an Auditorium which has a capacity for 100 persons and two Conference Halls which seats
30 people each. All the 3 rooms are air conditioned and have regular seating arrangement. An efficient PA system
and audio-visual facilities are also provided. Xerox facilities are available for preparing copies of handouts
for distribution.
Library:-
The Research Centre has a modest collection of reference books and journals. Whenever
required, the facility
of the library of K.E.M. Hospital can be availed. This library has a very large collection of journals, with internet facilities.
Telecommunication:-
With view to provide rapid communication facilities, several telephone having local and international
dialing facilities have been made available. An intercom system helps scientists contact their colleagues whenever required.
